Online orders are transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL),a method of passing sensitive information such as credit card details over the Internet. We want your online shopping experience to be a safe and pleasant one. Please read the following for a brief overview of our ordering policies and processes.
 

Web Store Ordering Policy
You can add and remove products to the shopping cart as you browse through the catalog.  Once you have finished shopping and approved the contents, click "checkout"  to proceed to Checkout. Ordering on the web store is the fastest and most efficient method to process your order.

In order to ensure accuracy and ensure that we can process your order as quickly as possible, we ask that all orders be entered through our online store.  If you have questions on how to do this, our helpful staff is ready to assist yo

 
Changing an Order Once It Has Been Submitted
We’re sorry but we are unable to change your order once it has been submitted. The reason for this is that the warehouse immediately begins processing your order and we are unable to stop the process.  We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope that the processing times will work to your advantage. If you change your mind on an order please see our returns policy for information on how to return the merchandise Please do not resubmit your order online as this will create a duplicate shipment.
 

Tracking an Order
You will receive initial and follow-up emails regarding changes in your order status such as shipping notifications at the email address that we have on file for your account.
 

Back Orders
Due to the nature of our business, we may not learn that an item purchased is on backorder from the manufacturer until after your purchase. Back order items are generally in-stock within a two week period. We will normally hold your order until all items are in-stock, and then ship your entire order.  If you prefer for us to ship the in-stock items immediately and cancel the out-of-stock items, please indicate so in the order comments section of the page that you enter your billing and shipping address.
