Returns

Thank you so much for being our customer.  Items are inspected at the warehouse to ensure you are receiving hgih quality and trouble free merchandise. 

Our objective is to provide the lowest possible prices to our customers. We can only offer these low prices if we limit returns and exchanges to incorrect shipments or defective products.  All sales are final except in these cases:

1. If you receive an incorrect shipment from us, we will replace the merchandise as long as you ship the merchandise back to our warehouse in it's original, unused condition.  Please view the instruction below on returning an item.

2. If you receive merchandise that is defective at the time of receipt and prior to use, we will replace the merchandise.   Items found defective after use are subject to the factory warrantee and should be returned to the manufacturer or authorized repair facility for repair or replacement.  Because dog clothing and harnesses are hand made, their size may vary.  This is not considered to be a defect.  Please note that all shipping fees are not refundable.

In the rare case you need to return an item please contact us before returning to obtain an authorization number and the return address.  Return requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of item, and items must be returned within 10 calendar days to receive credit.

To ensure prompt and accurate credit for your returned merchandise, please follow the following instructions: 

  1. All items must be returned in its original unused condition and packaging, including the original packaging, packing/sales receipt, completely free of pet hair and cigarette smoke, and be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. When returning an item with Velcro, please close the Velcro because it can pull on the fabric if stuck. If the item is damaged because the Velcro pulled on the fabric, we will not be able to accept the item for return.
  2. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly visible on the outside of each package or it may not be accepted.
  3. We are not responsible for items returned to an address other than the one that we provide to you in the return authorization instructions. For your protection, we recommend you use Federal Express, UPS, the US Postal Service or any other delivery service with delivery and tracking. You are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to returning an item. We cannot accept returns COD.
  4. Items that are returned to us due to a change of address, incorrect shipping address, that are not accepted at the delivery address and/or are otherwise undeliverable will not be refunded.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less any shipping, handling or restocking fees.
  6. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items Damaged in Shipment:

All merchandise becomes the property of the purchaser when the carrier accepts and signs for the shipment. If you receive a damaged or short shipment, please note this on the Freight Delivery Record if evident at the time of receipt. Also notify the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and our Customer Service Department immediately. IMPORTANT! Before the carrier will process a claim, its representative must inspect the merchandise and shipping carton. Do not discard or destroy any cartons.
