Shipping Information

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Many items ship the next business day, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order in the rare case one or more items is out of stock when you place your order.  We will ship the items that are in stock followed by any items on back order. We use USPS or UPS to get your products to you as quickly and economical as possible. 

We ship from multiple warehouses in order to better serve you.  It's possible that your order will arrive in several packages.  If you only receive one, chances are your remaining purchases are close behind.  We ask that you provide a physical shipping address instead of a PO Box. 

Shipping costs are determined by the schedule below and will be displayed on the order checkout page.
 

* There are additional shipping charges for certain pet beds, pet joggers and strollers due to their weight or size.

At this time, we only sell and ship items to U.S. delivery addresses in the contintental United States. Shipping may be subject to other geographic restrictions that apply to particular products.
